Brian has been an entrepreneur for over 30 years, with 15 years in the insurance industry. A man of humble beginnings, he has an enormous heart for people. His willingness to serve others is the cornerstone on which TBG was built. CEO is one of many titles given to our fearless leader. Depending on who he's talking to, it might be "Dad, buddy, or even Papa."

Jordan Little

Our COO is behind the scenes for all things TBG. At the ripe age of 30, Jordan has already helped launch and grow multiple organizations within 3 different industries. When he's not working, he's either traveling with his bride, Sydney, dreaming up something big, or diving into the creative space. If you have a big vision, Jordan is the guy to take it to fruition.

Sydney Little

Sydney is the glue that holds it all together. She brings joy to each and every interaction and is sure to put a smile on your face. With degrees in Public Relations and Business, as well as over 7 years experience in executive administration, her attention to detail, and skill within communication and coordination, are unmatched.

Jacob's heart is about the only thing larger than his ambition. He is painstakingly devoted to serving and protecting his clients. If there is a solution to your need, Jacob will find it. His dedication to excellence spans across all facets of his life. Jacob is a top insurance producer, a wonderful father, and if that wasn't enough, he's currently finishing up his doctorate.

Jeremy is our jolly giant. Seriously, he's 6'7"and wears size 17 shoes! Though he may tower above you, Jeremy has an incredible way of making people feel seen and heard. He is one of the kindest, most genuine souls you may ever come across. Our clients and staff love him for his infectiously joyous attitude. Jeremy is devoted husband and father to 3 boys.
